Palpitation

Palpitation causes, Symptoms and Treatment of Palpitation

A patient writes: I suffer from palpitation but doctors have assured me that there is nothing wrong with my heart, but medicined have not helped.

Constipation, indigestion and flatulence can raise the pluse rate. Eat sparingly, take more organic food so that there is no indigestion or constipation.

Palpitation Treatment:

Take deep breaths. Lie down on the bed, let all tensions and worries drain out of your system and relax your body completely. Your pulse rate will automatically come down. If you are a smoker give up smoking, or if that is not possible, reduce smoking. Do not take any intoxicating liquors.
