variety of diseases have gripped mankind. Modern man, lives

- Use of alcohol
- And poor nutrition

and light regular exercise in fresh air, are essential to slow
down the ageing process.
Gardening as a hobby is a green way to health. Regular
gardening for some time in the early morning hours or in the
evening can reduce depression, stress and blood pressure. It
improves circulation of blood, manages arthritis, slow bone loss
